Friday 14 MARCH from 7:00 pm you can taste a wonderful selection of Risottos created and designed by Carlo.In addition to the normal à la carte selection of our menu, you can choose the path of 4 risottos to taste:
- Saffron risotto from Cantoni di Crodo, crispy artichokes and Piedmontese toma fondue
- Risotto with parsnip, crispy bacon and Sichuan pepper
- Risotto with coffee, burrata cream and bitter cocoa powder
- Risotto with radicchio, walnuts and Blu di Formazza
