Main course: GRAND MIXED BOIL WITH SIDES AND HOMEMADE SAUCES (beef shoulder, beef tongue, brisket, local salami and cotechino, head, chicken, oxtail), served with its typical homemade sauces and spicy mustard, and vegetables boiled in the broth
